Website information

This website introduces Novara Group’s reputation services for attorneys, law firms, and their clients. It provides general service information and practical perspectives. It is not a source of legal advice or an offer to represent anyone in a legal matter.

Inquiries and engagements

Submitting an inquiry does not start a paid service, create a lawyer-client relationship, or establish that submitted information is protected by privilege. Scope, fees, responsibilities, approvals, and any confidentiality arrangements are addressed in the engagement process. Counsel determines the treatment of matter-related information.

Service scope and outcomes

Descriptions illustrate services that may be available within an agreed scope. They do not promise removal of content, a particular search ranking, review score, AI recommendation, or business outcome. Publishers, platforms, search engines, and AI providers control their own decisions.

Examples and professional claims

Illustrative situations and report formats are labeled as examples. They are not presented as completed client engagements. Information supplied for reputation work must be accurate and approved by the responsible reviewer.

Appropriate website use

Use the inquiry form only for legitimate service discussions. Do not submit privileged documents, identity records, sensitive client files, abusive material, or content you are not authorized to share. Do not attempt to interfere with the website or access other people’s records.
